Shaped by decades inside the Walt Disney Company — including years of work connected to the Disney Institute — he carries a practitioner's understanding of how culture, leadership, learning, and service come together not in theory, but in the daily systems and operational disciplines that make excellence repeatable at scale. When that chapter closed, he saw both a responsibility and an opportunity: to carry that methodology forward with greater flexibility, and to make that caliber of thinking available to organizations ready to build something enduring.
